Qualifications for Affiliate Program Acceptance:
In order to be accepted into the Program, you must meet ALL of the following requirements:
1. You must be at least 18 years old (or older if required in your local jurisdiction)
2. You must have your own web site or newsletter from which you can link your site to ours with your unique referring URL.
3. Your web site must be suitable for the Program. We may reject your application if we determine (in our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for the Program for any reason, including but not limited to inclusion of content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable to us.
4. You promise to promote the Program in an ethical way and in full compliance with the terms and conditions contained in this agreement and within the standards of the affiliate marketing industry.
What you can expect from Nativa Yerba Mate:
- 10% Commission on sales subtotals for direct-to-consumer purchases.
- When you make a sale, that customer is branded your customer for one year. So whenever they buy another product from the Nativa Yerba Mate product line, you get the commission.
- Nativa Affiliate sales statistics are not available real-time, but are available upon request via our contact form.
This Free opportunity is subject to an application review and acceptance. Nativa reserves the right to choose its affiliates based on these terms and conditions. By applying, you agree and accept these terms.
How the tracking system works:
The system works by assigning an order number with your referral ID when the customer clicks through your link URL to purchase.
Commissions for 1 year: When you make a sale, we brand that customer as yours in our database for one year. No matter how many other affiliate links that customer clicks on, or if he calls in his orders direct, you will be the one to get the commission for any sales by that customer because you brought in the first sale. If it is an existing customer of ours, commissions will not apply.
Please note that only orders shipped to new customers and for one year thereafter qualify for a commission. You cannot place or ship orders for customers using your own information. They can call us if they wish to order by phone, and name you as the Affiliate.
