Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any of the following items for a full refund. Shipping charges are only refunded if the return is a result of our error:
any unopened yerba mate bag
any unopened tea bag box
any unused bombilla
any uncured and unused gourd
any cracked or leaking gourds
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Nativa.

Please contact us for a return material authorization number (RMA) prior
to returning your item. On the packing list enclosed with your order you
will find a peel & stick label for you to include inside with your items,
as well as a peel & stick label for you to place as your shipping
label. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the RMA number,
and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you
use Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Send the parcel to the following address:

RETURNING GIFTS - We are happy to accept returns of gifts within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a gift certificate refund to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. At this time, we can only issue a refund, and cannot make an exchange.
Be sure to include the e-mail address and name of the person who gave you the gift. (Don't worry--we won't let them know about your return.)
REFUNDS - We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
